Congratulations to our Region 17 U12G team for winning the Turkey tournament championship at the 2021 AYSO Region 13 Myles Standish Turkey Tournament. With no goals given up in any of their games, they dominated the tournament.

Revised Health Order for Organized Youth Sports

Good News! LA County has revised the Health Order for Organized Youth Sports. In particular for outdoor soccer, weekly COVID testing is not required for youths under the age of 12 (which is all of the 12U and below players for this Fall).
Additionally for youth ages 12 and older and our volunteers (coaches, referees, etc); a weekly negative COVID test result is ONLY required for those individuals who are not fully vaccinated.
Separate communication has been sent to our 14-19U divisions and volunteers regarding additional details required for proof of vaccination and weekly testing.

Region 17 Reopening Protocols Apr 16

The Region 17 Reopening Protocols will be posted and maintained on the R17 website. They are based upon the most recent LACDPH revision which was released Apr 15 and the RBUSD Field Usage agreement. Changes to these protocols may occur on a weekly basis. Please be respectful and follow these protocols even if you do not personally agree. These are the requirements that we need to follow to maintain our field permits for practices and games and to safely operate the season.

To keep our field permits due to Covid restrictions, the region is to have a field monitor at the field for all practices and games. At this time, we are requiring each team in u5 and above to sign up for at least 3 practice slots and 2 game slots.
