Spring League Registration is Open
Players in the U07 through U19 divisions will play in the Area 1D Spring League. Players in U05 and U06 will play together within the region in U06 Division. Registration for Spring is dependent on the number of coaches available and will be on a first come, first served basis. Your payment holds your player’s space on a team. Teams will be formed in late February - early March. Games will run from mid-March to early June. If you are interested in coaching, please contact your division commissioner. Registration will be open through Thursday, February 6th or when divisions are full. Sign up for the waitlist if your division is full in case another team can be formed. The Region Fee for Spring League is $135. Players who did not play in AYSO in the 2024 Fall Season will need to pay the non-refundable AYSO Membership Fee of $25. Sports Connect charges a $2.75 service fee on each transaction. There are no scholarships available for the spring season. Questions about registering should be sent to registrar@ayso17.org. If you can coach, referee, or would like to join the board, we need the help! Coaches and referees will be essential to a successful spring season. Board members are always needed and we have several positions available, including division commissioners and field monitors.

Refund Policy
Only the region fee can be refunded. The AYSO Membership fee of $20.00 goes directly to AYSO National and is NON-REFUNDABLE. The AYSO Membership fee applies to all AYSO Programs in MY2024 - it will not be charged again if registering for another MY2024 Program/Region. The Service Fee of $2.75 per Sports Connect transaction goes directly to Sports Connect and is also NON-REFUNDABLE.
A player may withdraw from Region 17 and request a refund by having the parent or guardian of the player send a written request via email to the Treasurer at treasurer@ayso17.org. All refund requests must be made directly to the treasurer.

VOLUNTEERS are CRUCIAL to the success of our program.
Region 17 is operated completely by volunteers. We are always in need of volunteers, including Coaches, Referees, and Board Members. Please contact the Coach Admin for more information on volunteering as a Coach, the Referee Admin for more information on volunteering as a Referee, or the Regional Commissioner for other volunteering opportunities.
If we do not have enough volunteers (parents) to support our season, then you may be notified that we cannot accept your child's registration, so please register to volunteer via Sports Connect.
Training is provided for all volunteers. Safe Haven, Concussion Awareness, and Sudden Cardiac Arrest are required for all volunteers and must be taken once during your AYSO career. There are many opportunities for Coach and Referee training prior to the start of the season for all volunteers (new or veterans). The time commitment for Referees is as little as 60 minutes each weekend during the season.
